User Photo Guidelines

Photos must be of yourself or individuals with explicit consent, suitable for AI processing, and free of inappropriate content. All photos undergo automated safety screening.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of your photos but grant us a license to use them for:

  • • Training AI models specifically for your account
  • • Generating try-on images as requested
  • • Improving our platform and ensuring safety

AI-Generated Content

You own virtual try-on images generated for you, but cannot use them to train competing AI models. You must label AI-generated content appropriately and comply with synthetic media laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

AI-generated images are approximations and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing decisions. We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images.

Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. Your photos are used to train personalized AI models with your consent, stored securely, and may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, generated content may be deleted after 30 days, and training data may be retained for up to 180 days.

9. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration
